15th THA Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 15th Annual General Meeting of Theatre Heritage Australia Inc. will be held on Sunday 14 April 2024 at The Channel, Arts Centre Melbourne VIC. The AGM will also be streamed via Zoom.

A tour of the Australian Performing Arts Collection will follow the presentation by Sandra Bruce.
Guest Speaker – Sandra Bruce
In July 2023, Sandra was appointed Director, Collections and Exhibitions Collections, Research & Exhibitions at Arts Centre Melbourne. With a wealth of experience across art and social history museums, public galleries and the university sector, she leads the evolution of Arts Centre Melbourne’s acclaimed and unique Australian Performing Arts Collection (APAC) and the charge for a permanent gallery.
APAC Reveal Tour
A guided tour of the Australian Performing Arts Collection will follow the Sandra Bruce talk. When completing your RSVP for the AGM, please indicate whether you are also interested in attending the APAC Reveal Tour.
Note – places in the APAC Reveal Tour are limited and will be allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis. You can use the form to express your interest in attending the Tour. We will contact you separately to let you know if you have been successful.

Please RSVP by clicking the link below and completing the online form. You can use the form to indicate whether you will be attending IN PERSON, via ZOOM or NOT ATTENDING (ie send apologies). If you are attending VIA ZOOM, the link to the ZOOM meeting will only be sent to those who have sent their RSVP by the closing date. The ZOOM link will be sent on Wednesday 10 April 2024.

What is ZOOM?
ZOOM is a web-based video conferencing tool that allows users to meet online, with or without video.
How do I join a meeting?
You can join a meeting by clicking the meeting link or going to join.zoom.us and entering in the meeting ID provided by the meeting organiser.
Alternatively, you can join the meeting via audio only by simply dialling in on your phone, using the phone number provided by the meeting organiser.
Do I need an account to use ZOOM?
A ZOOM account is not required if you are simply joining a ZOOM meeting as a participant. However you will need to download the free ZOOM software to join a meeting. A link to the software will be provided in the meeting invitation.
If joining the meeting by phone, you do not need to download the software.
Do I need a webcam to join on ZOOM?
While you are not required to have a webcam to join a ZOOM meeting, you will not be able to transmit video of yourself. You will continue to be able to listen and speak during the meeting, share your screen, and view the webcam video of other participants.
